Easy Diet Planner helps you to keep your weight normal by controlling how many calories your gain with every product you eat. With this tool you can quickly create an optimal diet to reach the desired goal: gain weight, lose weight or keep it stable. This tool calculates the calories in your daily ration basing on your phisycal parameters and the chosen goal. Then, it computes the amount of basic macroelements (proteins, carbohydrates and fat) and shows you your daily norm for each element. The daily ration is calculated with exceptional accuracy (upto an hour) and considers your everyday activity.

The daily menu is formed by the food intakes (breakfast, dinner, supper etc.). Easy Diet Planner calculates the optimal percentages and amount for every nutrient, and calorie content. It also calculates the overall amount of all nutrients and calories within a day and displays it in a convenient graphical form, so you can easily compare it with your target nutrient balance.

To help quickly estimate your progress, Easy Diet Planner features the weight graph and calory graph. Additonally, it shows the current Body Mass Index (BMI) and the optimal weight.
