AEC 3D Culverts-Pipes is a solution helping civil engineers to quickly design and plan pipe type cross drainage structures for highway/canal projects. These are based on approved deigns under National Standards like IRC SP 23 Designing of a culvert or a small bridge is not a small matter to be ignored by engineers.
